Refund & Return Policy

At Telnet Digital Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items: Opened software, digital downloads, and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us at admin@telnetdigitalstore.com or call +233 591126796 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

Shipping Returns Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
